To kick off our collaboration, we invite you to attend the first Network Meeting on Monday, 23 September 2024 at 3 pm.

This meeting will provide an opportunity to connect with fellow international mediators, discuss key objectives, and lay the groundwork for our future activities. As agenda for the First Network Meeting, we envisage the following:

1. Welcome and Introductions

• Welcome remarks by Willem Ruiterman, President, NMv.
• Welcome remarks by Thomas John MCIArb, Chair, NMv International.
• Brief introductions of all participants.

2. Overview of NMv International Mediation Expert Group

• Presentation on the group’s mission, goals, and planned initiatives.

3. Discussion: Key Challenges in International Mediation

• Open forum to share insights and identify common challenges.

4. Planning Future Activities and Collaboration

• Scheduled and planned activities.
• Brainstorming to develop upcoming activities / projects / working groups.

5. Closing Remarks and Next Steps

• Summary of decisions made and actions to be taken.
• Closing remarks by Willem Ruiterman.

The NMv International Network Meetings will be in held in English.
